The CMAC Training Centre and the Institute of Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) of Switzerland will co-organise an advanced M&A training programme for Vietnamese companies in Ho Chi Minh City on November 21 - 22, 2014. The programme is themed “Due diligence in M&A.”
The training course is exclusively designed for senior executives, investment and financial officers, capital managers and others working at unlisted companies, listed companies and banks. The course will provide in-depth due diligence knowledge and other skills in M&A dealing for trainees.
Professor Christopher Kummer, President of IMAA and a top-notched M&A specialist in the world, will lecture the course. Senior specialists in due diligence from leading companies in Vietnam will be invited to speak to trainees.
