Hoa Binh Tower Offers Ideal Apartments 

 

Vietnamese people in general and Hanoians in particular tend to live in modern and comfortable apartments. However, many still want to live in houses with good location (Phong Thuy). According to geological exploration, Hoa Binh Tower is built on a strong foundation. The twin towers have a floor space of 45,887 sq. metres, each tower is 21 floors high with two levels underground and is located at 104 Hoang Quoc Viet, Hanoi. The tower has been designed by French architects with interior decoration in a combination of the French Chateau-style and the Eastern mentality of three ethics: Phuc, Loc, and Tho (Happiness, Fortune, Longevity). The outstanding features of all 64 apartments are their space of over 200 sq. metres, a ceiling height of 3.3 metres, and a front of 27 metres facing sunlight and green-parks, conforming to Ngu Hanh (the five elements) and generating relaxation.

The owner and constructor is Hoa Binh Co., Ltd with the co-operation of engineers and workers experienced in the building of such hotels as Daewoo, Melia, and Hilton Opera. While the safety index of high-rise buildings in Vietnam is 1.1-1.4, that of Hoa Binh Tower is 2.1.

 

With a total investment capital of US$25 million, all interior equipment and decorations are of high-class trademarks such as TOTO and INAX. In addition to facilities and 24-hour security, the tower has a green-park and swimming pool on the fourth floor (equivalent to those of 5-star hotels), a gym, health spa, drugstore, recreation centre and also a heli-pad on the roof. The tower has an elevator for every 16 apartments (compared to every 35-55 apartments in average buildings).

 

The tower will be completed by the first quarter of 2006. Although the construction started on August 1, 2004, 30 per cent of customers have already registered. The floor price is US$1,200 per sq. metre (excluding VAT).
