The Homeland Security Expo 2017 will take place on August 29-30 at the International Exhibition Center in Hanoi, 91 Tran Hung Dao, organized by the General Department of Logistics- Techniques under the Ministry of Public Security, in collaboration with EIFEC Co., Ltd.
The international exhibition will bring the latest products and technologies to units operating in the field of security, police, civil protection, and rescues in Vietnam with 80 booths of 50 exhibitors from leading nations in security and defense such as Russia, USA, France, India, South Africa, United Kingdom, South Korea, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Belarus, Bulgaria, Singapore, Israel, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam. There is also the pavilion of the General Department of Logistics-Techniques and the Ministry of Defense of India.
The current demand for equipment and improvement of Vietnam's modern security and specialized security systems is increasing due to the complicated world and regional security situation, together with the risks of losing security, social order and protection of territorial sovereignty. According to Lieutenant General Nguyen The Quyet, Deputy General Director, General Department of Logistics-Techniques, the exhibition aims to create opportunities for enterprises in Vietnam and overseas in the security and police industries to directly approach, experience advanced technologies in the world and also offers the opportunity to introduce outstanding technologies, equipment, means of combat and optimal solutions for security and protection of the territory around the world to the Vietnamese market.
