Subject: Invitation to join Vietnam Export Forum
Dear Sir/Madam,
On behalf of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), I would like to send sincere thanks to your valuable cooperation and support in recent years.
Vietnam’s export sector has recently played a crucial role in the country's economic growth, expected to reach a turnover of US$240 billion in 2018, an increase of 10-12% over 2017. According to the plan to increase Vietnam’s export competitiveness to 2020, vision to 2030 issued by the Prime Minister, the general objectives are to enhance the competitiveness of Vietnamese exports in the world market, achieve trade balance by 2020, and take a trade surplus in 2021-2030.
To further implement resolutions of the Political Bureau and the Vietnamese Government of Vietnam on promoting the important role of the business community and entrepreneurs, particularly supporting exporters in Vietnam to overcome difficulties, responding international advanced standards and high standards in new Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) that Vietnam are participating in, and facilitating trade to expand international markets, VCCI cooperated with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (AmCham) and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (JCC) to organize Vietnam Export Forum with the theme:
