Ms. Lai Kim, General Director of Bita’s I.C, said that in the context of fierce competition in human resources, in order to help businesses develop stably, Bita's I.C also prioritizes creating many advantages for workers' accommodation. Accordingly, on December 2, 2014, the company started the social housing project for workers in Ham Kiem II Industrial Park with an area of 31.2 ha. The project includes 20 apartment blocks for workers, 72 villas for professionals, works for people's welfare (schools, cultural houses, sports centers, markets) to meet the demand of 18,000 people. In 2017, it started building Block B2, which has 10 floors, with a total of 280 apartments ranging from 40 - 60 m2 each, expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019, providing accommodation for 1,200 people. “The top goal of the project is not merely a place to provide shelter for citizens, but to ensure amenities for entertainment, studying and health care so workers will settle down.
