The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) has cooperated with the Ministry of Finance (General Department of Customs and General Department of Taxation) to hold a dialogue with businesses in 2019 to inform and propagate new administrative policies and procedures related to tax and customs, address hardships faced by businesses, create an enabling environment for them, and enhance cooperation between businesses and tax and customs agencies.
The dialogue was scheduled to take place in Hanoi on November 26, 2019 at the International Convention Center, 11 Le Hong Phong Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
The following meeting is slated to be held in Ho Chi Minh City on November 28, 2019 at the Reunification Hall, 135 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, District 1.
The meetings will delve into two main contents: (1) General information on changes in new tax and customs policies and administrative procedures and (2) business dialogues aimed to seek solutions to existing hardships faced by businesses and recommendations for policymaking from attendants.
VCCI kindly invites businesses/business associations to send representatives to attend the conferences. Please register the attendance prior to November 15, 2019 and fax the chosen location (Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City) plus your problems with tax and customs issues as well as your recommendations to the agencies affiliated to the Ministry of Finance for better support for companies in tax, customs and other issues for the time being and in the future.
