Assessing the investment and business environment in Ho Chi Minh City, he said that the city is developing very dynamically. Many digital transformation initiatives and online public service applications have helped reduce time and cost for businesses. However, some administrative procedures are still complicated and unsynchronized, thus distressing businesses.
HCM City will need to eliminate overlapping regulations, promote digitalization and information technology application, complete the online public service system, and upgrade the interface and interactivity of digital platforms. Besides, it will need to strengthen coordination and improve the capacity of administrative staff.
"These solutions, if implemented consistently and effectively, will help improve the business environment and boost investment attraction. ACT will continuously strive to improve the quality of services and support HCM City in realizing the goal of becoming a science, technology and innovation center that develops more prosperously," he emphasized.
