Vinh Phuc Provincial Leaders Started Construction of UTI High-Tech Factory Project
The UTI High-tech Factory project is invested by CNCTech Group, part of a joint venture chain, in association with UTI Group. The project has a scale of 4 hectares, mainly producing in the electronics sector with a total investment of VND526.4 billion.
UTI Group is a leading high-tech enterprise in Korea, implementing a project to produce and process protective surfaces for liquid crystal screens for mobile phones and tablets with a production scale of 30 million products/year in Thang Long Industrial Park with a total investment of USD59 million.
CNCTech Group has grown from its core business of supporting industry and has continuously expanded its investment in technology industry and service real estate. CNCTech aims to become one of the leading full-package suppliers for FDI enterprises. Observing CNCTech's business strategy over the past decade, it can be seen that the company is aiming to develop a synchronous industrial ecosystem on three main pillars including: supporting industry production, technology industry development and integration, and service industrial real estate. Factories are invested in a systematic infrastructure, modern machinery and equipment systems, allowing CNCTech to supply a variety of products for processing, manufacturing, and assembling details... to support many different industries. CNCTech product quality is assessed to meet the strict needs of large customers, helping to optimize costs and shorten transportation time, especially in the context of the domestic processing and manufacturing industry still heavily dependent on raw materials and input components from foreign suppliers.
With a high growth rate contributing mainly to total annual revenue, the supporting industry segment not only creates momentum for the rapid development of CNCTech, but also contributes to creating a strong spread to domestic enterprises that can participate deeply in the supply chain of FDI enterprises and the global value chain of multinational corporations.

Industrial real estate business segment. CNCTech has planned and developed more than 500 hectares of industrial land in Vinh Phuc, implementing 15 key industrial projects with a total registered investment capital of nearly VND9,000 billion, attracting more than USD400 million in investment from FDI enterprises.

The Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee directed relevant departments, branches and localities to create favorable conditions for investors during the project implementation process; regularly monitor, inspect, promptly support investors to resolve arising problems, and feel secure in production and business.
UTI Inc. is a leading technology corporation in Korea, specializing in the production of electronic components such as camera protection glass, fingerprint sensors and phone screens. Before the project in Vinh Phuc, UTI invested in establishing UTI Vina Company in 2016 in Diem Thuy Industrial Park (Thai Nguyen). Here, UTI operates a factory producing camera protection glass (capacity of 22 million products/month) and phone speaker protection film (7.8 million products/month). UTI's main customer is Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. in Bac Ninh and Thai Nguyen.
