The Vietnam International Bank (VIBank) and the PetroVietnam Finance Company (PVFC) signed an agreement on comprehensive cooperation in Hanoi on May 9.
Under the deal, two sides pledge to join hands in investing in effective projects, using financial and monetary services in order to tap the best advantages of each other.
At the signing ceremony, VIBank and PVFC also inked a reciprocal lending contract worth VND300 billion (US$18.8 million).
An official from VIBank said the comprehensive cooperation between his bank and PVFC would support both sides to further develop in capital resources, investment, finance and services.
Vietnam has recently witnessed numerous contracts of compressive cooperation among local banks and corporations in order to tap their advantages for development. (Vietnam Economic Times, Young People)
