Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung Aug 22 turned green light to signing Asean’s framework agreement on accepting auditing and accounting services, the government of Vietnam said on its Website on August 25.
Vietnam’s premier authorized Minister of Industry and Trade to sign the pact at the ASEAN’s 40th Economics Ministerial Meeting at the end of Aug in Singapore and asked the Ministry of Finance to collaborate with related ministries and agencies to fix the time to finalize after the deal is signed.
On the same day, Deputy PM-Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem requested related ministries to map out a roadmap to integrate in the Asean bloc from now to 2015, by that time, the bloc is working on development of the Asean community.
A number of Vietnamese firms such as Saigon Stock Brokerage, FPT, Vinamilk has planned to list abroad, particularly in the Asean market have temporarily delayed their plans because of macroeconomic difficulties of Vietnam and slowdown of the global economy in the first months this year.
