A delegation of 17 domestic companies led by Truong Dinh Hoe, General Secretary of the Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP), has left Ho Chi Minh City for the World Food Moscow 2008.
Seven of them are pangasius processing and exporting companies, and one prestigious shrimp processing company.
Taking part in the show that will take place from September 23 to 26, 2008, Vietnamese companies hope to broaden Russian market, one of the most potential markets for pangasius.
The delegation will take part in seminars and a party which serve Vietnamese food including seafood and drink at the show held by The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to promote Vietnamese seafood.
The World Food Moscow is held annually since 1992. This event has become a usual meeting place for food industrialists and professionals.
