Despite bad impact posed by the economic crisis and exchanges fluctuation as well as a lot of epidemics regularly infecting the cattle, five enterprises have maintained high growth such as Proconco, Cargill, Thanh Binh, Minh Quan and Asia Nutrition Company. They are now approaching the “demand stimulus” package of the Government on 4 percent support in interest rate to continue their production investment. Danh said the pet food processing industry has considered the risks caused by the economic depression as opportunities because once their products satisfy the demand, they will get big success as cent per cent of their market is the domestic market.
Danh added that in the time to come, obstacles in policies, capital, market and information should be removed by the State so that enterprises can be proactive in effectively producing and seeking for markets. IN which, focus should be given to trade promotion to pave all the way for enterprises in seeking and expanding their market. The province’s authority shall cooperate with oversea trade counselor and the Department of Trade Promotion under the Ministry of Industry and Trade to hold regular exchanges between foreign partners and Dong Nai’s enterprises to find an appropriate direction.
