Vietnam Social Insurance (VSI) has received an approval from the prime minister to collect VND89.926 trillion ($4.73 billion) in premiums this year.
Of the sum, VND49.66 trillion is expected to come from obligatory social insurance, VND167 billion from voluntary social insurance, VND3.80 trillion from unemployment insurance and VND26.2 trillion from health insurance.
The prime minister has approved VSI’s total spending target of VND56.23 trillion for 2010. (New Hanoi)
