The northern province of Bac Ninh began construction of its biggest ever build-transfer infrastructure work over the Duong River on May 17.
The work, located in Gia Binh and Que Vo districts, links with provincial road No. 282, which is connected to National Highways 5 and 8 - the core transport route of the north-eastern economic region.
Once completed, it will shorten travel time between Hanoi and these two districts.
The project costs over VND 1,308 billion.
