On June 22, 2011, the Kim Boi Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company introduced three green vacation villa chains in Hoa Binh province, namely Sunset Villas & Resort, The Field Villas, and Sky Villas & Mini Golf.
The three villa chains are located in proximity to the Vietnamese capital of Hanoi and the gateway to the Northwest. It is a 45-50-minute drive from Hanoi to the three centres.
Sunset Villas & Resort, covering 24 ha in Tan Vinh commune, Luong Son district, has 80 two-storey lakeside villas each of which consists of 100 square metres of residence on a 300-600 square metre campus overlooking surrounding nature.
