Covering 500 ha in the 1,350-ha An Tay Industrial and Service Complex in Ben Cat Town, Protrade International Tech Park (PITP) is assessed by customers and partners as an industrial park with Singapore-style high -quality infrastructure.

Central location and convenient traffic

High quality infrastructure
The internal traffic system is diverse, with roads 22 - 45 m wide, for safe management, control and operation. Rainwater drainage system is built separately with a large size of 4.5m x 2m to prevent flooding in the rainy season. The central wastewater treatment system is always checked to ensure best environmental conditions.
The 126-MW An Tay 110 power station meets electricity demand of tenants in Protrade International Tech Park. The 22-KV power grid is installed in two separate directions leading to PITP to ensure the efficient and safe power transmission for production in the park. In addition, PITP is cooperating with the Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) to invest in one more 126-MW 110/22kV power station to satisfy all power demands in the tech park.
Telecommunication systems and fire hydrants are installed along traffic routes in the park.
Achievements
As one of clean industry destinations in Binh Duong province, PITP has so far accomplished many achievements and attracted 73 investors, leasing 85% of rentable area. 95 % of tenants are FDI companies, including 38 from Taiwan, 14 from Japan, six from South Korea and the rest from Singapore, Germany, France, the United States and Indonesia, with a total registered capital of more than US$1.5 billion. Optimistically, most projects are technologically advanced, less labor-intensive and environmentally friendly.
