Investment inflows to industrial parks (IPs) in Ninh Thuan province are currently optimistic. Du Long Industrial Park is strongly expected by the government and people to boost effective business performance and employment in the locality.

The future direction of Du Long Industrial Park centers on collaborating with investors to establish an environmentally friendly supply chain in Ninh Thuan province
Du Long Industrial Park, covering more than 407 ha, lies on National Highway 1A (in the section in Loi Hai and Bac Phong communes, Thuan Bac district, Ninh Thuan province), adjacent to the North - South Railway and North-South Highway (at Cam Lam - Vinh Hao intersection). The park is 40km from Cam Ranh International Airport, 25km from Ba Ngoi International Seaport and 45km from Ca Na International Seaport. Given its prime location plus an attractive rental policy, Du Long IP has quickly become an expected destination for investors. Besides, there will be an additional railway near Du Long Industrial Park to transport goods to Ba Ngoi seaport in the coming time.
Therefore, in 2023, Du Long Industrial Park has attracted three new projects with a total registered investment of VND1,000 billion and created jobs for thousands of local workers. The licensed projects include the VND600-billion apparel production project with 20 million products a year, the VND138 billion children's toy factory with six million products a year, and the VND638 billion textile and dyeing project invested by Da Lat Fiber Company Limited. Previously, Du Long IP was chosen by many domestic and foreign investors as the place to locate their factories. In addition, in 2023, the park introduced an investment promotion plan, targeting key markets like Germany, South Korea, Australia, Taiwan, China and Japan.
Not only grasping operating situation, monitoring support, removing difficulties and obstacles, and resolving recommendations from tenants, Du Long Industrial Park also accelerates the application of advanced technology to rainwater draining and wastewater collection. The centralized wastewater treatment system has a daily capacity of 12,000 cubic meters. The park continues to upgrade infrastructure to lease industrial land at attractive prices to strategic investors seeking opportunities in Ninh Thuan.
Mr. Hoang Ve Dung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Du Long Industrial Park, said: The biggest direction of Du Long Industrial Park in the future is to assist tenants to establish a new green supply chain in Ninh Thuan. For example, Suedwolle Group (Germany) invested more than VND600 billion to build a textile factory. In the fiber dyeing stage, the group makes wool fibers in Ninh Thuan and then brings them to Da Lat to spin into wool fibers before weaving them into fabric.
In the coming time, Du Long Industrial Park wants to attract more processing stages of sheep wool fiber production, and even the following stages such as spinning and weaving to optimize production costs as well as assist local economic development, budgetary revenue and employment.
