Hoang Lau Industrial Cluster Development Company Limited recently commenced the Hoang Lau Industrial Cluster Project in Tam Duong district. This is a key industrial infrastructure project under Vinh Phuc province’s industrial development plan through 2050.

The project covers a total area of 50 ha in Hoang Lau commune, Tam Duong district, and is invested by Hoang Lau Industrial Cluster Development Company Limited with a total capital of VND795 billion. It is directly connected to Ring Road 5, National Highway 2, and the Noi Bai-Lao Cai Expressway. The area offers strong logistical advantages, being close to Noi Bai International Airport and industrial parks such as Thang Long 3, Ba Thien, Khai Quang, and Binh Xuyen.
The project is planned with three functional sub-areas, serving clean industry, supporting industries, precision mechanics, component manufacturing, processing, and a product display center. The investor aims to develop a green and smart industrial park model with modern technical infrastructure, integrating technological solutions and ensuring environmental friendliness.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong acknowledged and highly valued the efforts of the investor, local authorities, and households in the project area for overcoming challenges and implementing the project in line with regulations.
He emphasized that the province identifies industry as a fundamental and important pillar, determining the speed of development. The synchronous planning and selective development of industrial parks are important, creating favorable conditions for small and medium-sized enterprises, cooperatives, production complexes, and supporting industrial enterprises to develop; at the same time, contributing to job creation, increasing income for workers in rural areas, relocating production facilities in craft villages and residential areas to industrial parks, contributing to solving rural environmental pollution.
The Hoang Lau Industrial Park project is in line with the socio-economic development orientation, the priority investment attraction sector of the province in the period of 2021-2025 and the following years, contributing to the province's double-digit growth target.
To ensure the project comes into operation soon and creates a foundation to attract secondary investors, Mr. Tran Duy Dong instructed relevant departments, branches, and localities to maintain favorable conditions for investors to accelerate project progress; regularly monitor, inspect, and ensure compliance with regulations.
He asked investors to focus resources on implementing the project to meet committed quality and progress, and strictly follow laws on planning, investment, construction, and related regulations.
In particular, priority must be given to building, completing, and ensuring the quality of environmental protection works before the project begins operation. The provincial authority requested consultants and contractors strictly follow construction standards and regulations; ensure quality, construction safety, labor safety, and environmental sanitation, and avoid affecting the lives and activities of local residents during the construction process.
