The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) said the Hung Yen Province People’s Committee has granted investment license to South Korea’s Bridge Inter-Line Co. to build a USUS$70-million resort complex in northern Hung Yen Province’s Van Giang District.
This is the largest project in Hung Yen Province so far. The resort complex, to be built on an area of 180 ha in Long Hung and Nghia Tru communes, consists of a golf course, a five-star hotel, luxury villas and resort.
Bridge Inter-Line Co. said it will also develop supporting projects for foreigners living and working in Van Giang and Hanoi.
