The central province of Binh Dinh has selected An Phu Thinh Construction and Investment Development Holding Company to develop a project constructing a trade center worth VND218 billion (US$13.6 million) in Quy Nhon City.
The center will be built under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) form within 18 months.
The 8-story establishment covering 39,000 sq.m will replace the 5,000-sq.m Cho Lon market, partly destroyed by fire in December 2006.
The fire caused estimated losses of VND150 billion (US$9.4 million). (Youth)
