The U.S has become a big, potential market in recent years for Vietnamese exporters. However, together with opportunities for increasing export values, the local exporters are facing a series of trade barriers, especially anti-dumping lawsuits.
To further provide legal support to Vietnamese enterprises during the international integration, especially explain the U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty (CVD) laws to them, VCCI, in cooperation with deKieffer & Horgan law firm (D&H) from Washington, DC, USA, will host a two-day seminar on the U.S. anti-dumping law.
Time: November 30 to December 1, 2007
Venue: Amara Hotel, 323 Le Van Sy Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
The seminar expects to gather around 200 audiences from Vietnamese exporters or suppliers in the target industries of garments and textiles, leather and footwear, seafood, furniture and others.
VCCI would like to invite related companies to participate in the important seminar.
