Accordingly, the French firm will invest ERU 1 million to grow 30 hectares of vines from now to 2013 in Tu Tra area, Don Duong district.

The two companies expect to reap 600 tons of grapes yearly to produce 500,000 liters of wine, which will be under the Dalat-France Red Wine name.

In mid-June 2008, a delegation from the French Aquitaine region to northern mountainous Lao Cai province also promised to help the province to produce red wine. (The Youth)
