The Asian Development Bank (ADB) said it will provide US$29 million of technical assistances and grants to help prepare feasible studies to build three expressways in Vietnam, Vietnam News Agency-run Vietnam and World Report said Monday.
The three expressways include two highways linking Hanoi and Lang Son, Ha Long and Mong Cai in northeastern Vietnam within the Sub-Mekong Region and the remaining expressway linking Ben Duc and Long Thanh in southern Vietnam, the newspaper said.
Of the fund, ADB will provide US$26 million of soft loans, grants of US$1.5 million to prepare feasible studies and designs the expressways, the newspaper added. (Vietnam & World Report)
