The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) will open the ACMECS Business Forum and the ACMECS Leaders Dialogue with Business Community in Hanoi on November 7, 2008.
According to VCCI, this is the first time the ACMECS Business Forum to be held to create an environment for concerned enterprises to discuss and put forth recommendations and initiatives to facilitate commercial, investment and tourist activities and enhance regional economic cooperation. All proposals and initiatives at the forum will be reported to prime ministers of five ACMECS member nations at the dialogue.
Around enterprises from ACMECS countries, international institutions and investors from Japan, South Korea, the EU and the US and other nations will attend the event. Thus, this is an opportunity for Vietnamese enterprises to contact investors from ACMECS and non-ACMECS countries to establish relationships and seek cooperative opportunities.
