US$50-MlnIndustrial Park to be Set up in Northern Province

Megastar Land Real Estate Company, an affiliate of Vina Megastar Group, will invest US$50 million to build an industrial park (IP) in northern Hung Yen province.

Megastar Land has signed a four-month contract with Japan’s Nikken Sekkei Group for the development of a detailed plan for the park.

When completed, the Megastar Yen My II Industrial Park, covering 130 hectares of land, will house a wide range of industries, including electric and electronic assembly, agricultural product processing and steel production. (Vietnam Economic Times, VNA)
