Development and non-stop development” is our first impression about Vinh Hao Mineral Joint Stock Company. Could you reveal your most satisfaction when you lead this company?
Development and nonstop development is our business philosophy and strategy for our company. We are proud of our 80-year history and our business progress: from a simple bottled mineral water to a wide range of Vinh Hao-branded mineral water products like carbonated mineral water, noncarbonated mineral water, sugary mineral water, Olympia energy drink, and fibrous products. The company’s products are voted the “Vietnamese High Quality Goods” title in 12 straight years by Vietnamese consumers. Our company has also won Vietnam Gold Star Cup, Golden Key Cup and Top-ten Gold Cup. Vinh Hao is a pioneer in the Vietnamese mineral water industry to apply the ISO 22000-2005 food safety management system. This proved that Vinh Hao always pays attention to improving quality and cementing the trust of customers.
The trademark is an invaluable property for any company. It is very difficult to sustain a trademark but it is more difficult to further develop it. Which methods and policies will Vinh Hao adopt to realise this?
With the pride in “Vietnamese mineral trademark,” Vinh Hoa is a reliable mineral trademark for consumers over the past 80 years. To sustain and further develop the trademark, Vinh Hao always pays attention to food safety and hygiene, technological renovation, research and development to satisfy the demand and interest of consumers.
In addition to quality product improvement, Vinh Hoao also attends product quality contests, organises corporate events, takes part in trade fairs in Vietnam and in foreign countries, directly contacts customers and transmit the company’s commitments to quality products to customers through the mass media.
How has Vinh Hao established distribution networks to bring its products to consumers?
The company has set up a two-channel nationwide distribution network to bring its products to customers.
- Through intermediary distribution channel: companies, distributors and agents which supply Vinh Hao products to supermarkets, retail shops, restaurants, hotels and end-consumers.
- Vinh Hao-operated distribution centres which directly supply the company’s products to tourist sites, resorts, department stores, restaurants, schools, offices and end-consumers.
Would you mind revealing the possibility that Vinh Hao will cooperate foreign partners to expand operations?
From its successful history, Vinh Hao is confident to approach the global markets. The customer approach is the top priority. The company is preparing documents to obtain the FDA certificate of the United States and other papers granted by the EU and reliable verifiers.
The company is continuing its negotiations with foreign partners to bring Vinh Hao products to other markets like the US, Canada, Australia, the Netherlands and Asian markets.
