Vietnamese officials and Egyptian counterparts have met for the fourth meeting of the Vietnam-Egypt inter-government committee for economic, trade, investment, education, culture cooperation, expecting bilateral trade will double to US$200 million this year, the Nhan Dan mouthpiece of the Communist Party of Vietnam said.
Minister Vu Huy Hoang led the Vietnamese delegation to hold the meeting with Egyptian counterparts in cairo Nov 9 and 10.
The two sides agreed measures to boost comprehensive ties in the coming years, the newspaper said. (The People)
