Hanoi Records Export Value of US$1.1Bln in First Seven Months
Hanoi capital city reaped more than US$1.1 billion from exports in the first seven months of this year, up 10.8 per cent over the same period last year, with the key exports of farming and forestry products, seafood, textile and garments, footwear and fine art handicrafts.
Of which, the State-owned sector contributed US$846 million, a year-on-year increase of 9.8 per cent, the private enterprises, US$94 million, up 11.9 per cent, and the foreign-invested ones, US$207 million, up 14.9 per cent.
The city’s locally-invested enterprises recorded US$382 million, up 12.9 per cent.
