Dong Nai Draws US$800 Million of FDI in Jan-Aug

The Dong Nai Department of Planning and Investment said the province attracted US$786.76 million of foreign direct investment (FDI) in the year to August 15, fulfilling 78 percent of the full-year plan. Of the sum, 50 fresh projects registered to invest a total of US$364.28 million and 46 existing projects applied for scale up their investment by US$422.8 million.

 

Notably, labour-intensive projects tended to decline while services, supporting industry, high-tech and environment-friendly projects showed sign of increase.
