Thanh Hoa province in central Vietnam plans to build an additional seven industrial parks (IPs) from now to 2020 under the provincial socio-economic development plan in the period.
The planned IPs include Van Du (150ha), Tan Thanh-Nhu Thanh (300ha), Bai Tranh-Nhu Xuan (300ha), Dong Tam-Ba Thuoc (100ha), Thach Quang-Thach Thanh (100ha), Ngoc Khe-Ngoc Lac (100ha) and Ten Tan-Muong Lat (200ha), he revealed.
These zones, to be located in mountainous towns and districts of the province including Bim Son, Ha Trung, Vinh Loc, Yen Dinh, Tho Xuan, Trieu Son and Tinh Gia, are designed to produce sugar, alcohol, confectionery, forestry products, animal feeds, mechanics, transport services, electronic equipment and paper pulp.
