Viet-Han Ltd., Co was established in 2006, specializing in manufacturing optical devices for industrial garment sector such as footwear, handbags, labor safety clothing, notices and plates…The devices are made of two components. The first is corona Film, and the second is the lining layer. Corona Film is a mix comprising Glass Beads and special glue – this is the material that we have to import mainly from South Korea. The lining layer is made of different materials: plastic, cloth, or leather … We produce ourselves or buy in Vietnam. The components are combined with one another to become corona plastic, corona cloth, corona belt … depending on customers’ requirements. They will be shipped to foreign countries.

 

The company’s revenues has increased over the years. In 2007, the company reported revenues of VND1.5 billion. The figure reached over VND2 billion in the first six months of 2008. However, it can be said that the company’s the important success is customers’ satisfaction and confidence. In other word, the company has built good relations with its customers. However, the most thing in our operation is always striving best and do not satisfy with current successes. Leaders and workers of the company always pay attention to doing researches with the aim to diversify and perfect its products. The company’s products are mainly exported to EU, the US. It has also partnered with leading groups in the world namely Nike, Adidas, Decathlon,... In addition, the company is also a supplier of many local enterprises including Thai Thinh Footwear, Bitis, Vinashin, Lien Chau …Of them, Vinashin is now one of the most biggest partners of the company.

 

From now to 2015, the company will pay attention to taking care of traditional customers and partners and seek new partners. It will also plan to expand operations in the local market, as more businesses are keen on corona devices. To fulfill the targets, the company will firstly pay attention to human resources training, especially Marketing group. It plans to build a working group with participation of foreign experts. Secondly, it will attach special importance to technology application and renovation to improve its quality, ensure safety of products and lower product price.

 

According to me, quality of products and quality of services are also important. If a business produces high-quality products, but its service quality is poor, for example, make late delivery, it will receive complaints from customers. At Viet-Han Company, all products are carefully checked before delivering to customers; delivery time is also paid attention to. Customers play an important role to the development of a business, and business itself decides attitude of customers for it. Pouring investment into technology is not enough. In the global integration, fine arts products and others become best-selling because they are labeled with “handmade”.

 

For a company, human resources plays a very important role to the development and success of the company. Therefore, enterprises should pay due attention to human resources development.
