26-3 Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company, which was formerly named 26-3 Hoa Binh Enterprise, was established under the direction of the Hoa Binh Provincial Youth Union. In 2002, it went public and was renamed to 26-3 Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company. The company is headquartered on Le Thanh Tong Street, Tan Thinh Ward, Hoa Binh City, Hoa Binh Province.
The company is striving to assert its market position by forming new member units like Tan Lac stopover station, 26-3 vocational training centre, and construction and installation teams. Particularly, the Tan Lac stopover station, located in Tan Lac town, Tan Lac district was funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). This facility supplies free services like sanitation, drinking water, and rest spaces for drivers and passengers. The vocational training centre serves on-the-job training demand.
Since its establishment, 26-3 Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company has constantly promoted its unity and dynamism. The company is engaged in many business operations but its majors include agricultural and forest product processing; civil and transport construction; vocational training; forestation, tendering and seeding; and export apparel production. Currently, the company is attaching its priority focus to construction field and supporting other sectors to withstand economic difficulties.
The company is proudly a leading light in Hoa Binh province. It was honourably the first business in the province to garner the Vietnam Gold Star Awards in 2003 and 2005. It annually receives certificates of merit from provincial and local authorities. Notably, it is an ‘outstanding Party unit” in the business bloc in 2011.
Apart from business development, the company also actively participates in social development activities like raising funds for the poor, building charity houses, granting relief to victims of natural disasters, etc. The firm also funds the 23-3 Scholarship Foundation of Hoa Binh province.
26-3 Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company is a very active member of the Hoa Binh Young Business Association. General Director Ha Van Thang is now chairman of the Hoa Binh Young Business Association, which is indeed interested in local socioeconomic development. Remarking on investment environment in Hoa Binh, Mr Thang said Hoa Binh province needs to make breakthroughs in administrative reform, a speedier process for administrative procedures in construction and land management. He hoped Hoa Binh will be an ideal investment environment in the future where his company will try more to promote its internal forces to expand and develop, thus contributing to the overall development of Hoa Binh province.
