The district continued to change the mindset and improve the leadership and strength of the political system. It completed and exceeded all 11 Party-building objectives and promptly consolidated key leadership positions, including the Secretary of the District Party Committee and the Chairman of the District People's Committee. Party building was upheld, with 272 new Party members admitted in the year, the most in the current term. Inspection and supervision were reinforced to ensure discipline and order in the Party.

The district actively arranged commune-level administrative units in the 2023-2025 period and ensured the correct process and progress. According to the plan, the district arranged 15 commune-level administrative units into seven new units. On January 1, 2025, the district completed this work, reducing administrative units from 28 to 20. At the same time, the district resolved resignations for redundant civil servants by law.

Vinh Tuong improved mass mobilization and reformed sociopolitical activities for practical results. Movements like “Building New Rural and Civilized Urban Areas” and “Self-Managed Bright, Green, Clean, Beautiful Roads” enhanced local quality of life.

The district's production value expanded 9.57%, ranking 3rd out of nine districts and cities in the province. Budget revenue reached VND624.889 billion, exceeding the estimate by nearly 30%. The district supported offering more than 300 health insurance cards for poor households, building and repairing 60 charitable houses with a total budget of more than VND3.685 billion.

Vinh Tuong continued to lead the province in education, ranking third in excellent students, second in successful students in the 10th grade entrance exam, and third in the quality of mass education. 80% of schools met national standards, higher than the target of the resolution of the District Party Congress.

Vinh Tuong district managed to maintain security and defense, with over 82% of residential areas meeting safety standards. Crime dropped 13% from 2023, and military recruitment targets were fully met. Notably, the two-level one-sided defense rehearsal earned 9.75 points, the highest in Vinh Phuc province.

The district made strong progress in new rural development, completing its application for 2024 recognition. The district had 12 communes meeting advanced standards, three achieving exemplary status, and 71 villages recognized for exemplary standards, including seven meeting smart criteria.

The district proactively prevented natural disasters and minimized damage to people and property. It launched a campaign to raise nearly VND4.7 billion to support people affected by Typhoon Yagi, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and mutual love.
