Cu Lao - Hiep Hoa ecological resort: This resort, covering 400 hectares on an island in Dong Nai River, is the first in a series of riverside ecological tourist sites and entertainment areas filled with historical and cultural relics. Tin Nghia Company is the investor of this project.

Buu Long Culture and Tourism Centre Project: The project is situated on 63 hectares, in the midst of high mountains, wide lakes, sheer rocks and gently sloping hills full of green trees. In addition, this area also has nationally recognized religious and historical sites such as Linh Son Temple, Buu Long Temple and Tran Bien Temple. The project consists of a healthcare and beauty salon, luxury hotel and rest-house centre, and recreation centre. It is a joint venture with Dong Nai Tourism Joint Stock Company, directly invested with US$10 million in total.

Mai Waterfall-Hot Water Lake Ecological Resort Project: Mai Waterfall is surrounded by many caves, streams and forest, with the local cultural characteristics of the people here. The 15-hectare resort, in Gia Canh Commune of Tan Phu - Dinh Quan Plantation, features beautiful scenery, Tan Phu forest, Mai waterfall and hot mineral water lake (at 40 degree Celsius), ideal conditions for relaxation, camping or sightseeing. The resort is linked with regional tourist sites in Da Lat (Lam Dong Province), Binh Thuan Province and Ho Chi Minh City. In 2005, the resort attracted 15,000 student visitors for camping, fishing and exploring. Several projects will be built here, including an exhibit of plants and animals, a resort and a mud bathing centre. The project is expected to be a joint venture with Tan Phu Plantation.

Five-star hotel project: The 2-hectare area is a conference centre, offices and apartments for lease. This project is needed because Dong Nai is an industrial province near Ho Chi Minh City with many foreign-invested projects, but the province has only a three-star hotel. The project is located on Vo Thi Sau Road, Thong Nhat Ward, Bien Hoa City. This project will be invested by foreign investors.

Project to upgrade Hoa Binh Hotel into a four star standard: Hoa Binh Hotel is now ranked two star. The room occupancy is 75 per cent. The hotel, on the corner of Cach Mang Thang Tam Road and Vo Thi Sau Road, will add 2,739.8 square metres to its current 1,853.8 square metres. The utility area will be 4,500 square metres and the building will be 57m high. The hotel will be upgraded to four stars, with elevators, an entertainment centre and a conference centre. This project is expected to cost US$8 million, which will be shared with Dong Nai Tourism Joint Stock Company.
