HASTC teams up with PVN

The Hanoi Securities Trading Centre clinched a cooperation deal with Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam, or PVN) on October 16 in Hanoi.

 

Under the agreement, HASTC will provide its partner with procedures and regulations related to share auctions, share and corporation bond listings and other activities related to the stock market. It will also help the oil and gas group seek partners and list shares on international stock exchanges. In turn, PVN will share information with HASTC about its development situation, plans related to privatisation, and plan to participate in the stock market. PVN will also help HASTC build strategies in operation fields related to oil and gas industry. At the same time, PetroVietnam will encourage its subsidiaries to list their shares and corporate bonds on HASTC bourse with an aim to raise the supply of high-quality goods for the market.
