The company currently has over 100 employees, over 60 percent of whom are experienced engineers with high operational skills and they are sorted and arranged in 4 professional rooms and 5 production departments, ensuring professional duties effectively to meet the requirements of consulting services to clients. The company also focuses on building a team of experienced engineers, technical workers in the field of construction consultancy; regularly inspects to ensure quality of the works. Currently, the Ministry of Transport has recognised the capacity of the testing centre as it implemented 11 experiments with 67 targets in the field of geotechnical laboratories. In recent years, Lang Son Transport Construction Consultancy JSC has consulted, designed many typical projects including: Improving and upgrading Km47-Km58 of Highway 4B; Road to Mau Son tourist site; Road in non-tariff zone period 1; Pa Tap – Na Tong Road; Thac Ma Bridge in Lang Son city; project connecting roads to the border patrol roads of Lang Son province Phase I: The road project connecting roads to border patrol road in Lang Son province stage 1; the project connecting Ban Nam – Binh Do – Dao Vien and Na Sam, Na Hinh roads to the border patrol road; and a number of counselling supervision works such as Vietnam-China line of demarcation; Border Patrol Road landmark 35- landmark 42; Renovating and upgrading Km29 - Km40 Highway 4A; Huu Nghi border gate road; Renovating and upgrading Km0-Km33+500 Highway 4B; Dong Dang investment component of the project of Viet Tri – Hung Yen - Dong Dang Socioeconomic Comprehensive Development.
