Food & Hotel - a world-class show of foods, beverages and equipment for restaurants and hotels - is a successful and impressive event in many countries. After going through many cities in the world like Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Hongkong, Seoul, Singapore and Shanghai, Food & Hotel officially arrived in Ho Chi Minh City since 2008 in the name of Food & Hotel Vietnam.
Food & Hotel will be officially launched in Hanoi from November 28 to 30, 2018 at the International Centre for Exhibition (I.C.E). The exhibition is expected to be an important trade promotion activity that facilitates northern businesses to seek partners, expand markets, increase investment cooperation and enhance competitiveness, as well as boost the sustainable development of Vietnamese service, cuisine and tourism sectors.
Covering a total area of over 5,600 square metres, the exhibition is expected to bring together more than 150 exhibitors from 20 countries and territories and showcase six pavilions from Taiwan, Russia, the United States, Spain and Singapore.
The Food & Hotel Vietnam 2018 is incorporated with many interesting forums with up-to-date, highly applicable market information. Many professional cuisine and drink blending competitions will be also a playground for chefs and bartenders to share their experiences and improve their skills.
