VIETBUILD 2005 in Hanoi

An International fair on Vietnamese construction (VIETBUILD) organised annually since 1998 in Ho Chi Minh City will be held in Hanoi for the first time from April 30 to May 5, 2005.

IT Centre of the Ministry of Construction and International Exhibition Company (AFC) will organise VIETBUILD Hanoi 2005 and 124 Vietnamese and foreign companies will participate with 450 pavilions on construction, building materials, wooden furniture, interior decoration, electric equipment and lamps, glass technology, door systems, equipment on construction technology, real estate and property business.

According to the Organising Committee, foreign companies will make up 15 per cent of the participants coming from China, Malaysia, Australia, Germany, Republic of Korea, Switzerland and Singapore.

In addition to the display of products, seeking partners and agents, the fair will include other activities such as consulting on building materials and interior decoration, on housing and planning. Seminar called “New products and technology of the building materials sector” will be organised on May 5, 2005.
