New 500-hectare Industrial Park Planned in Binh Duong

Recently, Ascendas, Asia’s leading business space solutions provider, partnered with Vietnamese state-owned Protrade Corporation to develop a 500 hectare industrial park in Binh Duong Province. The Ascendas-Protrade Singapore Tech Park (AP Singapore Tech Park) is located in Ben Cat District and will have investment capital of about US$ 100 million, excluding the subsequent development of built-up space.

 

AP Singapore Tech Park will be developed in three phases, with its first phase comprising 150 hectares and expected to be complete by late 2008. Full completion is expected in 3 years, creating about 40,000 jobs. AP Singapore Tech Park aims to set a new standard in quality business space by incorporating the best features and lifestyle concepts from similar projects in Singapore, China and other markets in Asia.
