Dong Duong International Trade & Investment Company (Indochina Group) in May 2010 will report the implementation progress of its projects in northen province of Lao Cai to the provincial People’s Committee and the Deparment of Planning and Investment.
It is considered as one of the active period of the company.
The implementation progress of the company’s projects are basically conducted in line with the committed schedule and the province’s regulations.
Followings are the projects which are being progressed by Indochina Group in Lao Cai province:
The project of “Warehouse and distribution center Dong Duong Logictics” in Kim Thanh Industrial Park, with an area of 63.570 sq.m. is waiting for the People’s Committee approval.
The project “Sapa Indochina International Hotel” in Sapa Town with an area of 7,452 sq.m is consructed and scheduled to be completed in September 2011.
The project “Indochina Sapa Resort” Lao Chai, Sapa Town, Lao Cai Province with an area of 28.2 hectares has been approved by the People’s Committee of Lao Cai Province.
The project “Trans- Asia Trade Center” at the Kim Thanh Industrial Park, Lao Cai Town with an area of 11,945 sq.m is conducting the construction of three- strorey blocks.
The People’s Committee and the Department of Planning and Investment of Lao Cai Province highly aprreciate the efforts of Indochina Group, and also encourage the company to invest in other sectors such as plantation, mining, and others.
