Within its development strategy Hanoi Transerco has identified 2005 as a year for trademark building. The launch of the website is to bridge its highly socialised and sensitive services, including bus transportation, bus station and public car park with customers and provide information about activities and trademark of the corporation for local people.
Nguyen Doan Dung, general director of Hanoi Transerco, said that the corporation’s website would act a useful tool for it to manage and develop its trademark and business activities. Specifically, the website will act as an information channel about the production and business of the corporation provided for domestic and foreign customers. The building of the website is a premise for the corporation to gradually build its e-commerce portal and implement its enterprise resources planning (ERP).
It is expected that the website will be the foundation for the building of the corporation’s portal (TRANSERCO PORTAL), integrated with MIS (Manager Information System) and ERP, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and other advanced applications.
