VinaCapital Hoi An Resort Co. Ltd has recently introduced the master design for the five-star Hoi An Royal Bay Resort, located in Dien Duong Commune, Dien Ban District, Quang Nam Province. The 7.3-hectare resort has initial investment capital of US$16 million.
The Hoi An Royal Bay Resort is designed with a hotel, 100 small villas for group or family clients, a swimming pool, restaurants, entertainment clubs, a gymnasium, and grass cover. The hotel will be run by the world leading hotel group, Accor.
Under the plan, Hoi An Royal Bay will begin construction in 2007 and go into service in 2009.
