The Van Phat Joint Stock Company has been licensed to exploit gold ores in central Thua Thien-Hue province.
Accordingly, Van Phat will invest VND6.85 billion in mining gold ores on an area of 21.9 hectares in communes of Nham and Hong Thai in A Luoi district.
The project is scheduled to start in the first quarter 2009 and to be put into operation in the third quarter of the year.
Within 12 months since receiving investment certificate, if Van Phat has not yet finalized investment procedures and kicked off the project as scheduled, the provincial authorities will consider revoking the certificate and stop the project. (Investment)
